How to use

Serving size: 30 g

Consume 1-3 servings daily, ideally before or after training. Mix 30 g (around one heaped scoop) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender and drink immediately. The scoop measures volume, not weight, so weigh the serving for accuracy.
