Each serving contains 4 g citrulline malate, 3 g creatine monohydrate, 2 g beta-alanine, 400 mg taurine and 200 mg caffeine, with niacin and vitamin B12. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
