BetterYou B-complete Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural peach, plum and raspberry flavour. Each daily dose (4 sprays) provides eight B vitamins, including 2.8 mg of vitamin B6 (200% NRV), 200 µg of folic acid (100% NRV) and 100 µg of vitamin B12. This bottle contains 25 ml.

Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), preservative (potassium sorbate), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), natural flavourings (peach, plum and raspberry), folic acid (vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

How to use

Serving size: 4 sprays

Adults: 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately. Children aged 3 to 12: half the dose. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime it. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
