BioTechUSA Beta Alanine powder is unflavoured beta-alanine for mixing into water or another drink. Each 2 g serving provides 2 g of beta-alanine, with two servings a day.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid that the body uses to make carnosine, which is stored in muscle.

How to use

Serving size: 2 g (½ scoop)

Mix 1 serving (2 g = 1/2 scoop = 1 level teaspoon) product with 400 ml water or beverage of your choice in a shaker bottle. On training days take 2 servings daily, 1 serving in the morning, and the other serving within 30 minutes before training. On resting days consume 1 serving in the morning and the other serving during the day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
