How to use

Serving size: 10 g (¾ scoop)

Mix 2*1 serving powder (2*10 g = 2*3/4 scoops) with 2*125 ml water in a shaker bottle. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
