BetterYou Boost B12 Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural apricot flavour. Each daily dose (4 sprays) provides 1200 µg of vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) and 40 µg of chromium (100% NRV). This bottle contains 25 ml (48 daily doses).

Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

How to use

Serving size: 4 sprays

Use 4 sprays daily, together or separately, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12: half the dose. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime it. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
