NOW Foods Cal-Mag Stress Formula is a food supplement in tablet form. Each serving (2 tablets) provides 360 mg of vitamin C, 10 mg of thiamin, 5 mg of riboflavin and 40 mg of niacin, along with the other nutrients listed in the table. This pack contains 100 tablets (50 servings).
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
