NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium is a food supplement in tablet form. It is suitable for vegans. Each serving (2 tablets) provides 1,000 mg of calcium and 500 mg of magnesium. This pack contains 250 tablets (125 servings).

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use

Take 2 tablets daily. Can be taken in divided doses.
