How to use

Serving size: 4 g (about 2 teaspoons)

Individual needs may vary. Start with about half a teaspoon (1 g) a day and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions, with or without food. Put the powder in a glass or mug, add about 60-90 ml of hot water, let it fizz, stir until dissolved, then top up with warm or cold water.
