From the manufacturer's US label. Active ingredients: Chromium (from Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate) (Albion™); Chitosan (LipoSan ULTRA®). Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Contains shellfish (shrimp).

How to use

Serving size: 3 capsules

Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.

Contains crustaceans. The manufacturer states that it is not made with wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, but is produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
