BetterYou Vitamin D3 3000 IU + K2 Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural peppermint flavour. Each daily dose (3 sprays) provides 75 µg (3000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 75 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7, 100% NRV). This bottle contains 12 ml (30 daily doses).

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

How to use

Serving size: 3 sprays

Use 3 sprays daily. Shake well before every use. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inner cheek. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use.
