From the manufacturer's US label. Active ingredients: Chromium (elemental) (GTF Chromium) (from 8,000 mcg Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate) (Albion™). Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Vegetarian Coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil] and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

How to use

Serving size: 1 tablet

Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.

No allergens are declared on the manufacturer's label. The manufacturer states that it is not made with wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, but is produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
