Ingredients

Milk protein concentrate 51%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, instant whey protein concentrate 11% [whey protein concentrate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], chocolate powder with no added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring], whole milk powder, thickeners (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), flavouring, salt, sweetener (sucralose).

How to use

Serving size: 30 g (4 tablespoons)

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 4 scant tablespoons) drink powder with 200 ml water in a shake, then pour it into a microwave safe mug and heat in a microwave oven for 60-70 secs (750 W). Stir well and enjoy. If you don’t have a shake, add 1 serving to a mug with 100 ml hot water, stir well and add 100 ml water again.
