How to use

Serving size: 65 g (2 scoops)

Mix 1 serving (65 g = 2 scoops) product with 450 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
