How to use

Serving size: 300 g

Mix 300 g (approximately two level 250 ml measures, using the scoop in the bag) with 700 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink immediately. Take between meals, 20-30 minutes after a workout or 45-60 minutes before bed. When starting out, begin with half the quantity and build up to the full serving. Recommended consumption is one 300 g serving per day.
