BetterYou Iron 10 Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural pomegranate flavour. Each daily dose (4 sprays) provides 10 mg of iron (72% NRV). This bottle contains 25 ml.

Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Water, diluent (xylitol), ferric sodium edetate (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural pomegranate).

How to use

Serving size: 4 sprays

Use 4 sprays daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime it. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.

Allergens & Warnings

No allergens are highlighted in the manufacturer's ingredients list. The manufacturer states it is free from dairy, gluten, wheat and soy.

For adults; the manufacturer advises its lower-strength iron spray for children under 12. Not suitable for people with haemochromatosis. Contains iron, which can be harmful to young children if taken in excess.
