NOW Foods Iron Complex Vegetarian is a food supplement in tablet form. It is suitable for vegans. Each serving (1 tablet) provides 50 mg of vitamin C, 340 mcg DFE (200 mcg folic acid) of folate, 50 mcg of vitamin B-12 and 27 mg of iron, along with the other nutrients listed in the table. This pack contains 100 tablets (100 servings).

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Vegetarian Coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil], Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

How to use
