Each serving (1 veg capsule) provides 90 mg of vitamin C, 170 mcg DFE of folate, 50 mcg of vitamin B-12 and 27 mg of iron, along with the other nutrients listed in the table. This pack contains 100 vegetarian capsules (100 servings).

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
