Water, invert sugar syrup, BCAAs 4% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 1.5%, L-Lysine 1.5%, acid (citric acid), L-Ornithine 0.5%, flavouring, preservative (sorbic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, colours (tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF).

How to use

Serving size: 30 ml

Mix 30 ml product with 200 ml water. On training days, take 1 serving before training and 1 serving after training. On resting days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon. Shake well before consuming. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
