NOW Foods Magnesium & Calcium is a food supplement in tablet form. Each serving (3 tablets) provides 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D, 400 mg of calcium, 800 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of zinc. This pack contains 250 tablets (83 servings).

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetarian Coating [polydextrose, hypromellose (cellulose), calcium carbonate, medium-chain triglycerides], Maltodextrin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

How to use
