How to use

Serving size: 1 scoop (7 g)

Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 200 to 250 ml of water before exercise on training days. Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. The manufacturer allows up to 2 scoops (14 g); do not take more than 2 scoops in 24 hours.
