Micellar casein concentrate (contains milk) 90%, L-glutamine 5%, flavourings, creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicone dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), colour (tartrazine).

How to use

Serving size: 30 g (1 level scoop)

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoon) product with 300 ml water in a shaker bottle. Consume it before going to sleep.
