Natural Vitality Natural Calm Plus Calcium (now sold as MAXCALM plus Calcium) is a fizzy magnesium and calcium drink powder, raspberry-lemon flavour. Each serving of about 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) provides 320 mg of magnesium, 185 mg of calcium, 265 mg of vitamin C, 3 µg of vitamin D and 110 mg of potassium. This tub contains 453 g (about 60 servings).

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Natural Vitality MAXCALM® proprietary formulation of pH-balanced magnesium citrate (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate) and magnesium glycinate in ionic form, calcium gluconate, ascorbic acid, organic flavours, potassium citrate, organic stevia (leaf) extract, cholecalciferol. Contains sweetener.

How to use

Serving size: 7.5 g (about 3 teaspoons)

Put about 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) of powder in a glass or mug, add about 60-90 ml of hot water and let it fizz. Stir until dissolved, then top up with warm or cold water. It can also be shaken into a bottle of cold water.
