How to use

Serving size: 17 g (1 level scoop)

Mix 1 serving (17 g = 1 level scoop = 1 heaped tablespoon) product with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
