Skill Nutrition Omega 2000 is a food supplement in softgel form. Each serving (2 softgels) provides 700 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA, plus 10 mg of vitamin E. This pack contains 60 softgels (30 servings).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
