Nordic Naturals Omega-3D is a food supplement in liquid form, Lemon flavour. Each serving (1 teaspoon, 5 mL) provides 1560 mg of total omega-3s, including 745 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA, plus 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3. This bottle contains 237 ml (48 servings).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
