Description
Nordic Naturals Omega-3D is a food supplement in softgel form, Lemon flavour. Each serving (2 softgels) provides 690 mg of total omega-3s, including 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, plus 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3. This pack contains 120 softgels (60 servings).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to the normal function of the immune system.
