NOW Foods Tri-3D Omega Fish Oil is a food supplement in softgel form. Each serving (1 softgel) provides 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D, 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate, 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA. This pack contains 90 softgels (90 servings).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
