Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega-D3 is a food supplement in softgel form, Lemon flavour. Each serving (2 softgels) provides 1280 mg of total omega-3s, including 650 mg of EPA and 450 mg of DHA, plus 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3. This pack contains 120 softgels (60 servings).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
