NOW Foods Ultra Omega 3-D Fish Oil (Fish Gelatin) is a food supplement in softgel form. Each serving (1 fish softgel) provides 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D, 1,200 mg of fish oil concentrate, 600 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA. This pack contains 180 softgels (180 servings).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
