BetterYou Vitamin C Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural cherry and pomegranate flavour. Each daily dose (5 sprays) provides 120 mg of vitamin C (150% NRV) from acerola cherry extract and ascorbic acid. This bottle contains 50 ml.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), acerola cherry extract (vitamin C), glycerin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavourings, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid).

How to use

Serving size: 5 sprays

Adults (18 and over): 5 sprays a day, together or separately. Ages 15 to 17: 4 sprays. Ages 11 to 14: 3 sprays. Ages 6 to 12: 2 sprays. Ages 1 to 5: 1 spray. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime it. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
