BetterYou Zinc Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, natural lemon and lime flavour. Each daily dose (5 sprays) provides 10 mg of zinc (100% NRV) as zinc bisglycinate. This bottle contains 50 ml (32 daily doses).

Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifier (acacia gum), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), glycerin, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavouring (lemon and lime), sweetener (steviol glycosides). Contains sweetener.

How to use

Serving size: 5 sprays

Adults and children aged 13 and over: 5 sprays a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Ages 1 to 3: 1 spray. Ages 4 to 8: 2-3 sprays. Ages 9 to 13: 3-4 sprays. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime it. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
