Each capsule provides 9.3 mg of zinc (93% of the nutrient reference value), 10 mg of vitamin B6 and 50.6 mg of magnesium. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The bottle holds 180 capsules.

How to use

Serving size: 1 capsule
